Blanks (with a variety of specifications)--polishing (removal of burrs, etc.)--turning (mainly forming)--polishing the surface--engraving (such as rolling flowers, printed logo, etc.--heat treatment (in order to increase its hardness)--electroplating (nickel or chromium, etc.)--grab black and so on

1. Inner Hole

The dimension accuracy is generally it7-it6,ra3.2-0.8 when starting the supporting guiding action. The Inner hole shape accuracy is generally controlled within the dimensional tolerance, in order to prevent leakage, there are roundness, cylindricity, straightness and other shape tolerance requirements.

2. Outer Circle

It is generally the supporting surface of the sleeve part, which fits the hole in the body. Dimensional accuracy of it7-it6, roughness value ra6.3-0.8, some up to 0.2,

3. Coaxial degree of inner and outer circle

Generally for 0.05-1mm, the coaxial degree requires a high 0.01mm.

4. The vertical degree of the inner hole axis to the end surface

If in use or processing with the axial outward, its vertical degree is generally: 0.01-0.04mm

5, distinguish between the quality of blanks

(1) Look at the surface: whether there are burrs, specifications to meet the size of the standard, there is no scratches and so on

(2) Internal quality: measuring torsion and hardness with special tools, measuring size, salt spray test, etc.

Note: When the hexagon or 12 angle of the sleeve wrench is less than or equal to 32MM, the hardness value is not less than HRC39, the hardness is not lower than the HRC35.
